Rock Band is pretty freakin' awesome. Observations from this photo:
      1. The crazy '60 Lincoln Continental sign that I made for Ben.
      2. I am wearing my WWII Swiss Army helmet that I painted flat black with silver and green flames and bolted a three inch spike on top of it.
      3. Ben and I appear to be fully engaged in the game and playing it properly, but Clark seems to have extremely poor aim as a drummer.
      4. These three young men appear to be a bit ham-sandwiched.

I think I've finished my new shelf. Do you like it?

Lookie! JEFF is making a boat.

This is the latest tiki mug shelf in progress. The laser-eyed one says that all of my shelfs are "Caltrans" projects, because as soon as they are done, they are over capacity. She's right.

So anyway, this crazy boat shelf started life as a sweet $15 swap meet find. So far I've painted it, repaired the broken nose, and applied some netting material to the inside. Next step is a fish float, and some other yet to be determined nautical decor - then up on the wall it goes.

Hooray for tiki mugs.

Oh and... my website is living again. That's kinda kick ass, ain't it? I'm not sure where I'm going with it. We will see.

Cami and I had a short discussion about it today. I told her how pleased I was that even after all these years, I can still hop on a 'puter and bang out what I think is a fairly respectable piece of interweb in a single evening. I am fairly proud of the fact that I know how to write actual html code and can actually put together tables and know my td's from my tr's. Do peeps still learn this stuff in college? I'm not sure. Anyway, this version of the loungespot is drastically simplier then any of it's previous incarnations - and obviously borrows the lesson in simplicity from Cami. She's just so damned smart.

What is going on here? Actual activity on the loungespot? Surely a joke. Obviously a deception.
